When will I receive my card after ordering?

Delivery time varies depending on our workload, but typically, it takes 2-3 days after getting your final details approval, excluding Sundays and holidays.

Can we add our photos in caricature-themed videos?

Yes, we will replace the faces of Alia and Ranbir with yours. The body and clothing will remain the same.

Do you offer revisions or changes in the video?

Initially, we will share the slides wise text via WhatsApp for your review. You can provide feedback, and we’ll make the necessary text changes. Once you approve the text, we’ll create the video. Any changes requested after the video is created will cost extra, depending on how complex the changes are.

In which languages can you create invitations?

We offer so many languages, including English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Malayalam, Sindhi, and many more.

What are the payment terms?

Full payment is required in advance to place your order.

Can I get my invitation in one day?

Yes, we can expedite your card within one day at an additional cost, which is double the original price.

Can you customize the theme or make other changes?

Yes, we can customize the video according to your requirements. Extra charges will apply depending on the changes.

Do you provide hardcopy invitations?

No, we only offer digital cards (softcopy). However, you can print our designs on your own.

I am a photographer. Can I get a discount?

Definitely! If you’re a photographer and have multiple clients to recommend, we offer a 20% discount on all orders after the first four, which will be charged at the standard website price.

Can you add a voiceover to the invitation?

Yes, we can include a human voiceover that reads the invitation text in the video.
